System Concept
Working with you the customer or your appointed design team we can assist in specifying a system which will be tailored to meet your needs, providing the correct balance of effective control, user access and system adjustment. Metering is a key part of energy management and we provide a comprehensive smart metering package. Utilising the information from your existing meters we can instantly inform you of energy wastage.
Turnkey Project Delivery
We can deliver a turnkey project including system application design, control panel design and supply, electrical installation, bespoke software design, commissioning and handover.
Control Panels
We design and supply electrical control panels and motor control centres up to Form 4. All panels are CAD designed and are built using quality components from leading manufacturers. Each panel comes complete with full test documentation and CAD drawings.
Installation
Our team deliver a complete controls installation package, including motive power wiring, controls wiring and containment. Work is carried out to the latest IEE regulations and is supported by a comprehensive documentation package.
As most modern BMS networks utilise an Ethernet network we offer a design and integration service (copper and fibre). We provide either new networks or can integrate with existing systems.
Commissioning
All of our software design is carried out by our dedicated in house engineers, working to our standard applications that we have developed over many years. These control strategies have been rigorously tested to ensure that your control system has the optimal balance of simplicity and reliability, whilst maintaining efficient effective control.
Systems Integration
Utilising North Building Technologies range of products allows us to integrate different systems. HVAC, fire, security, CCTV and public address can all communicate and interact via a common network and deliver information via a single supervisor PC.
Maintenance
We provide various levels of service and maintenance. Dependent on your requirements we can provide basic routine checks through to fully remotely monitored systems with full 24/7 support.
